It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Adam Albert Chartier at the tender age of 28 years old with his family by his side. Adam was born on April 21, 1994, in Thunder Bay, ON. He was raised in Saskatoon since the age of 2 years old. Adam was a very kind and loving person; he had an unconditional love for animals and his family. He was very intelligent and curious about everything; he was known as the “walking encyclopedia”. His hobbies were building computers, guitar, video games and loved to go to movies with his dad. Adam is survived by his parents, Cam and Wendy Chartier, his sister Amy Chartier (Kyle Blechinger), his fur babies Henry and Minnie, his grandmother, Mona Siddon and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is predeceased by his grandparents, Albert and Jean D’arc Chartier, his grandfather Lorne Siddon, his uncles Fabien Chartier and Alphonse Chartier. The family would like to thank all the doctors and nurses involved in Adam’s care at RUH, which includes ICU, Neurology and Palliative Care for their unconditional compassion and caring for Adam while he was there. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your local food bank.
