Aedan Kirk Thomas Pryznyk

January 9, 2011 — July 1, 2024

Aedan Pryznyk was born in Saskatoon, Sk and lived the first few years of his life in Martensville, Sk before moving with his parents to Warman, Sk in 2014. Aedan's too short life was filled with many things - family, fun, friends, adventures, challenges, and obstacles overcome. In his earlier years he enjoyed travelling to places such as Panama City, Oakville, Phoenix, San Diego, and Los Angeles to visit family or take in sites such as the San Diego Zoo and Disneyland.

Later, Aedan's focus shifted to attending school at Traditions Elementary and the Warman Middle School where he loved making friends as well as music and gym classes. Aedan was an avid participant in the Special Olympics and looked forward every year to participating in the event alongside his wonderful educational assistants, Karla, Becky, Jamie, Jess, and Rachael. Aedan loved watching movies with his Mom and helping her bake cakes and cupcakes and cookies and spending time with his Dad listening to music and watching sports. He also loved spending time outside, swimming, going to sporting events, and being with his cousins and playing with the other kids that lived on his street.

Aedan's smile and laugh were infectious, and he touched many people in his life with his sweet, kind-hearted nature. He had a way about him that just made you want to hold his hand and never let go. He will be missed more than is imaginable. His imprint on the lives of those around him is far greater than the short time he was with them.

Aedan leaves behind his parents Janay and Jeff Pryznyk, grandparents Gale and Ed Pryznyk, Donna Selby, and Bruce Volk, great-grandma Kay Volk, as well as his uncles, aunts, and cousins Uncle Ryan (Celine) Pryznyk, Isabella and Lachlan, Aunt Krista Morgan (Blair), Delainey and Kane, and Uncle Devon (Ellen) Selby. Aedan will also be lovingly remembered by many more extended family, friends, and by everyone his life touched.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Saskatchewan Cerebral Palsy Association or The Jim Pattison Children's Hospital.

Celebration of Life will be a held on Tuesday, July 9th, 2024, 2:00 p.m., at the Brian King Centre, 202 8th Avenue North, Warman, SK.

Martens Warman Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the care and arrangements for Aedan Pryznyk.
