Brenda Louise Venne

It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Brenda Venne at the age of 67.

Brenda was born on June 21, 1956. Brenda had a deep love for her family. Her most important role in life was being a mother and grandmother. Brenda took on life with passion, she was strong, brave and had one the kindest souls. She was there for her family through their successes and achievements as well as their hardships and sorrows. Brenda came by happiness and concern on her face honestly, through shared moments with her loved ones. She embraced the opportunity to shape the lives of many children, playing an active role in the childcare community, running a home-based daycare for 10+ yrs. Brenda saw children as the future, never judged, was always supportive and lent an open ear. She had a very giving heart, often putting others needs above her own. Brenda loved to travel on a winter vacay every year, even though the travel gave her major anxiety. She also loved to spend her summers at the lake, spending time with the grandkids and enjoying a corona on a hot summer’s day. Brenda will be deeply missed by all those around her and every little hand that she has touched.

Cherishing Brenda’s memory is her loving husband Nelson of 49yrs; her sons, Cory (Joanne), Scott (Carmen), Trevor, her best friend and daughter Krista; her 9 grandchildren, Cole, Brayden, Grady, Kendal, Kingston, Kobe, Dawson, Maddox, and Ashlyn. Brenda is predeceased by her father Charles, mother Helen, mother-in-law Bea, sister-in-law Joanne, brother-in-law Cecil, son Kevin, and sister Karen.   

At Brenda’s request no service will be held. A celebration of life will take place at a later date.

To have her in your life was a blessing and her memory a treasure. You are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure. Nothing will ever fill the void that you are leaving behind.
