Byron Kirk Janvier, born on September 10, 1983, departed this life on September 27, 2024. He was a beloved member of his family and a cherished friend to many.
Byron is survived by his son, Bryce Lemaigre, who was a source of great joy and pride for him. He is also survived by his sisters, Frankie and Jana, and his brother, George, who will forever hold dear the memories they shared together. His special friend, Sharman, and friend, Gerald, provided companionship that enriched his life and will miss him profoundly.
Byron's legacy extends to his nieces and nephews, including Lily, Leah, Laina, Shelby, Isabella, Hailie, Jamal, Ivory, Rita, Anna, Tasia, Skylar, and Asia, all of whom were fortunate to have him as an uncle. His family's vast support included uncles Perrin, Peter (Clara), Vital, Emile, and Lester, as well as aunties Viviane, Joanne, Janet, Doris, Isabella, Claudia, and Ursula (Ernie). The bond he shared with his cousins, Randall, Rena, Fabianna, Shauna, Jontae, Jade, and Shoshanna, highlighted the significance of family ties in his life.
Byron was predeceased by his beloved grandparents, Leonie and Raphael, as well as his mother, Lillian, and father, Wesley. He also mourned the loss of his uncle, Mark Janvier. Among those he deeply missed was his best friend, Rockley Herman, with whom he shared countless memories.
In celebration of Byron's life, family and friends remember his spirit, laughter, and the lasting impact he made on those fortunate enough to know him.
Wake Service will begin on Sunday, September 29, 2024 at Frankie Janvier's residence. Byron's Funeral Service will take place at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at the Our Lady of Visitation Catholic Church in La Loche, SK. Interment to follow at the La Loche Cemetery.
