It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Don Fraser, on January 16th, 2023, at the age of 61 years.

Don is survived by his loving wife Kendra, his son Derek (Nicole), his daughter Britney (Sheldon), his son Tyler (Katie), his granddaughter Cassie, as well as his brother and sisters, Pat, Tom, Linda (Sandy), Evie, Sharon, Shirley (Rob), Sheila, and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is pre-deceased by his mother, brothers Allan and Jamie, sisters Francis and Faye.

As a young man, Don worked at CN for several years before working at Intercon/Maple Leaf for over 30 years.  He was well known as he always liked to stop and chat with anyone that would listen, and even those who wouldn’t.  He was always willing to help out and was the type of person to give you the shirt off of his back.

Don kept busy with projects around the house and wasn’t afraid to tackle any job or repair himself, regardless of the personal injuries incurred. He was happy to sit on the deck, watch the birds, and enjoy a beer with company reminiscing about old times.

We will miss you enormously and will love you forever.  May you always remain in our hearts.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Martens Warman Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the care of Mr. Fraser.
