With heartfelt sadness, we announce that Donna passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years Gordon Currie, two daughters Amber (Brian) Bates and Carla Currie and Daughter in law Shelley Currie. Donna was blessed with 6 grandchild Bayly (Stan) Norris, Blair (Brandon) Dyck, Jae (Jazmin) Norris, Michaela (Conner) Anderson, Brittany (Titus) Wich, Katrina (Brett) Currie-Sollosy and 6 great grandchildren Henry, Renae, Waylon, Clay, Wyatt and Sophia. Brother Roger (Eleanor) Gordon, Brother in laws Keith Currie and Jim Bryden.
Donna is predeceased by her son Erroll Currie, sister Marylin Bryden, brothers Darrell and Melvin Gordon and parents Thelma and William Gordon.
Donna and Gordon lived and farmed in Delisle for over 40 years then retired to Saskatoon in 2003. She loved to entertain, dance, play cards and quilt.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Delisle Town Hall, Tuesday May 21, 2024, at 1:00 pm. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Delisle Seniors Centre.
Martens Warman Funeral Home is honoured to be entrusted with Donna's care and arrangements.
