Dorothy Rependa of Saskatoon, passed away Sept 14, 2023, at the grand age of 102, still living independently at Circle Drive Place.

She was the first born to the late Charles and Lilian (Benard) Nelson on July 20, 1921, in Canora, SK. She was married to John M. Rependa in 1959 and they farmed by Strongfield, SK until their retirement to Saskatoon in 1985.

Dorothy is survived by her two children, Mark (Joanne) Rependa and Marilyn (Andrew) Baetz; her precious grandchildren Jackelyn (Arron) McLean, Michael (Kendra) Rependa, Katie Rependa, Jeremy (Allison) Baetz, Jocelyn (Connor) Hildebrandt; special great grandchildren, Haldor, Nelson, Bennett & Evelyn McLean and Grace, Anna & John C Rependa.

She is survived by sisters-in-law Anne Grant and Alice Still, nephews and nieces, including her devoted niece, Elaine Bond.

She was predeceased by her husband, John in 2005 and her three siblings/in-laws Verna Nelson, Norman (Vivian) Nelson and Irene (Roy) Skeldon, sister-in-law Marie Smart, brothers-in-law Alan Grant, Gordon Smart and Gordon Still.

One cannot adequately summarize a century of life considering what she saw, experienced and adapted to through that time. What did not change was her deep love for her family. She was a woman of strong faith who influenced her family with her example of devotion to God, her wise and witty advice and her consistency in encouragement and support.

Martens Warman Funeral Home is honoured to be entrusted with the care and arrangements of Dorothy Rependa.
