Eileen Jean Huber

It is with profound sadness that the family announces the passing of Eileen Jean (Pelletier) Huber at the age of 80 on March 12, 2022.

Eileen will be sadly missed by her loving partner, Roland Goulet; her sons John (Connie) Tokarchuk, Randy (Cindy) Tokarchuk, Darwin Tokarchuk (Kerri) and Peter (May) Tokarchuk.

Eileen will also be deeply missed by her 14 grandchildren and 19 great-granchildren, with two more great grandchildren on the way.

She is survived by siblings Wade (Barb) Pelletier, Doreen (Terry) Cragg, Sharon Pelletier and Linda Pelletier; brothers-in-law Gordon McLean and Brian Johanesson; as well as by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and wonderful friends.

Eileen was predeceased by her husband, Mervin Huber; sons Timothy Huber and Charles Tokarchuk; grandson Robby Tokarchuk; siblings Darlene, Henry, Selmer, Loreen, Orville, Marilyn, Bertha, and infant brother Charles.

Eileen was born in Lintlaw district to John and Eileen Pelletier on April 29, 1941. Eileen married Marion Tokarchuk in 1957 and had four sons, John, Randy, Darwin, and Peter. Eileen remarried in the early 70’s to Mervin Huber and they were blessed with Timothy. Eileen lost Mervin to cancer in 1999 and met her loving partner Roland Goulet in 2001, where they resided together in Duck Lake, SK.

Eileen had a special place in her heart for cats and was always feeding stray cats in the neighborhood. Eileen spent many hours playing bingo and loved playing the card game, Aces to Kings, with Roland. You would often find Eileen in the kitchen making her famous perogies and buns.

Eileen will be greatly missed by her family and friends. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
