Eugene is survived by his loving wife Valerie Chartier; daughters Tessa Bouvier, Raylynn Bouvier; sons Lyle Chartier, Tyson Chartier., Nolan Chartier; father Jaques (Louise) Chartier; sisters Angel Chartier, Marlene (Darren) Misponas, Cheryl (Cory) Herman; brothers John Chartier, Paul Chartier, Michael (Cindy) Chartier, Wayne (Lacey) Herman, George Chartier, Doyle (Bernice) Caisse; grandchildren Naomi, Frank JR, Quinn, Leon, Johnny, Logan; mother-in-law Elizabeth Bouvier; godchildren Tisheena Petit and Jillian Chartier.

He was predeceased by his mother Beatrice Chartier; son Angel Frank Chartier; aunts Mary Allenby, Mary Laliberte, Marie Rose Durocher; uncles Tony Laliberte, Gabe Laliberte, Norman Lalibertel grandparents Philomeme and Magloire Laliberte; father-in-law Frank Bouvier; brother-in-law Travis Sankey.

A Funeral Service was held on Saturday, September 23, 2023, at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, in Ile-a-la-Crosse, SK.
