Herbert Henry Friesen

With heartfelt sadness, we announce the passing of Herb Friesen on June 29, 2022 at the age of 100 years.

Herb was born on Oct. 29, 1921, in Rosthern, SK and passed away in Meadow Lake, SK.

Loving father of Pauline (Jack) Moffet and Rodney (Dianne) Friesen; Grandfather of Jodi (Chris) Hoddenbagh, Cari (Craig Weran) Moffet, Shawn (Jasmin) Friesen and Jason (Nikki) Friesen; Great Grandfather of Beckett & Quinn Hoddenbagh, Tobiah, Ruah, Manoah, Tirzah & Ziporah Friesen and Hannah & Evan Friesen.

Predeceased by his parents John & Catherine Friesen; his siblings Tina, Helen, Ann, John, Dave, Pete & Aaron and his loving wife of 75 years, Margaret Friesen.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 9th, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at the Evangelical Free Church in Meadow Lake, SK. 913 5th Avenue West. Interment to follow at the Meadow Lake Woodlawn Cemetery.
