Irene Margaret Gilbert

With saddened hearts we announce that Irene Margaret Gilbert passed away on May 3^rd, 2024, at the age of 84 years. 

Irene is lovingly survived by her sisters Marie Fitzel, Ruby Morgenstern and Verna (Earl) Taylor; children Margaret (Wayne) Spofford, Phillip (Jennifer) McCrimmon, Kenneth McCrimmon and Ted McCrimmon; grandchildren Scott, Kerry, Gabrielle, Jenny, Drew, McKenna, Hannah and Erin; great grandchildren: Kayden, Daemien, Briseis, Myah, Lennon Bazyl, Bonnie, Atticus, Beverly, and Hugh.

She was predeceased by her parents George and Florence Stout; husband Tom Gilbert; daughter in law Beverly McCrimmon; brothers in law Alex Fitzel and Larry Morgenstern; and niece Naomi Morgenstern. 

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, 2:00 pm at Grace United Church, 502 6^th Avenue West, Meadow Lake, SK. Interment will follow at the Carlson Cemetery.
