Klinton Jacob Kurpiela

With saddened hearts, we announce that Klinton Jacob Kurpiela passed away on February 6, 2025, at the age of 32 years, in Saskatoon, SK. 

Klinton was born to Mary & Hans Kurpiela in Saskatoon, SK. He was a chubby, happy, healthy baby boy. He grew to love music, books, Star Trek, games, & crafting. The open method of homeschooling suited him well. He was very creative & would often craft interesting things out of recycled materials. These are things he enjoyed his entire life. His enjoyment of gaming lead him to Friday night gaming at Dragon’s Den Games. 

The side effects of type 1 diabetes from the age of 9, took its toll on his young body. The last few years of his life were enjoyed at Samaritan Place in long term care. He loved his family. The caregivers he grew to know became as a second family. 

Though his passing leaves a big hole in our hearts, he was ready to go home to see his Heavenly family. He is predeceased by his sister Kelly, niece Savannah, & father Hans. He is survived by his mother Mary, sisters Katrina & Krystal, brother-in-law Samuel, & nieces Erika, Karah, Isabella, & Alexa. 

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 14, 2025, 3:00 p.m., at Martens Warman Funeral Home, 402 Central Street West, Warman, SK. Interment to follow.
