Lorraine was called home on March 15, 2023, at the age of 77 years.

She is survived by her husband Gordon Clysdale; children Reg Doucette, Angele Toews, George Doucette, Jody Doucette, Robin (Erica) Doucette, and Miranda (Mural) Hingston.

Her grandchildren Janice, Julie, Calvin, Jennifer, Katieleigh, Brittany, Novinya, Katerina, and many great-grandchildren.

Lorraine lived a great life with her husband of almost 28 years and her kids and grandkids. She also loved getting together with her dear friends, of whom there are so many that are going to miss her incredibly.

She loved her angels and had many statues all over the house, and although we are so sad by the loss of our Wife, Mom, Grandma and Great-grandmother, it does bring us some joy to know that she is with the angels and watching over us now.

“Don’t weep at my grave, for I am not there, I’ve a date with a butterfly to dance in the air. I’ll be singing in the sunshine, wild and free, playing tag with the wind while I’m waiting for thee.”

Don’t go breaking, my achy breaky heart.

To honor the family’s wishes, there will be no public service held at this time.
