It is with deep sadness that we announce, Marie Elizabeth Rose Lucyshyn passed away peacefully on March 22, 2021, surrounded by her family.
Marie is survived by her son, Ming (Tracy) Fong, daughter Jeanie (Anglo) Fong, son Johnnie (Alison) Fong and Grandchildren Logan, Eric, Emerson and Bennett Fong and her sister Worcine Hilkewich.
Marie was predeceased by parents Anton and Annie Lucyshyn, her husband George Fong and her son Robert Fong.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Medical Unit #530 at St Paul’s Hospital and the CCU at RUH for their compassion in caring for Marie throughout her stay. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Ovarian Cancer Society or the Saskatoon Children’s Hospital would be greatly accepted.
Because of the Pandemic and the limitations on social gatherings, a celebration of life will be held for Marie at a future date.
