Marion Gwen Minogue

February 16, 1947- August 18, 2023

With saddened hearts, we announce that Marion Gwen Minogue, passed away on August 18th, 2023, at the age of 76 years.

Marion was born in Eston, Sk, and grew up in Lacadena, Sk where she play sports and attended school until the age of 16, at that time she moved to Saskatoon where she attended City Park Collegiate for her grade 11 and 12 years. Marion then went on to attend the University of Saskatchewan where she majored in Education and minored in Commerce. While living in Saskatoon Marion started curling which she really enjoyed and played competitively. Marion had a long career with CIBC bank in Lacadena , Eston, and Saskatoon. After leaving the bank she moved to Cochrane, Ab in 1998 with her brother Warren and his family where they ran a business. In 2014 she moved back to Saskatoon until her passing.

Marion was predeceased by her parents John and Jen Minogue, her infant sister Linda May, her Sister Vicki Macpherson and brother Warren Minogue.

Marion will be dearly missed by her surviving brother Rod Minogue, sister in-law Darlene Minogue, nieces and nephews Blair Macpherson, Darren, Heidi, Brady, and Riley Macpherson, Tanis Minogue, Ryan Deagan and Nya Andrew, Tyler, Ashley, Ryder and Elijah Minogue, Brad, Carla, Luana and Ada Minogue, Michelle Minogue & Josh Leach and McKenzie Leach.

Marion’s family will be having a private family graveside service on September 9th, 2023.
