Mary was born to Isaac and Anna Wiebe on March 18, 1929 by Neuhorst, in the Osler, SK area. She was born the oldest of 9 siblings and had a lot of responsibility in taking care of her younger siblings. When growing up, Mary had many odd jobs in Saskatoon, SK. She bought her own home and lived in it from 1963 to 2016, where she then moved to North Haven in Warman, SK. She had a cozy small single room, on the second floor. In the last few years, Mary moved to the care home side on the main floor of North Haven. She suffered a major heartache, on August 16, 2024 and was taken to Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon, SK and quickly released the next day. Mary felt great and was even able to walk around with her walker. The following Sunday she requested a family get together, where she was in great spirits!
Mary spent many hours volunteering in both Saskatoon and Warman. She made many friends along the way and was a very friendly person.
