Our sweet mother passed to her eternal home on Sunday, July 18, 2021 at Central Haven.  Mildred White (nee Rumbold) was born April 15, 1931. She was a dear friend and second mother to many people.  She never said no when we wanted to have friends over for a meal.  She was generous in sharing her gift of hospitality.  It would be impossible to count the number of meals she made for friends and family.  Cinnamon buns and fresh buns and bread was a favorite served to many.  She was faithful in praying for all her family until the day she was called home.

Mom was predeceased by her husband Robert and infant son Kenneth and numerous other relatives and dear friends.  She will be lovingly remembered by her children Glen, Dale (Grace), Cheryl (Arlen), and Jerry (Doreen). Her grandchildren, Jennifer (Derek), Kimberley, Tybie (Mike), Cooper (Darcie), Carter (Haley), Jordan, Kara (Jorin), and 7 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life for Mildred will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 23 at in the Ebenezer Baptist Church, 107 McWillie Avenue, Saskatoon. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Beautiful Feet Ministries c/o 119 Tucker Crescent, Saskatoon S7H 3H7.
