With heartfelt sadness, we announce the passing of Peter Ens happened quietly at the age of 101 years and 3 months. In his quiet way, he waved and said goodbye looking forward to his Heavenly home. Peter was born September 14, 1920, at Schoenweize Sk.
Peter was predeceased by his father Isaac, his mother Katherina (Janzen) and stepmother Katherina (Thiesen); brother Isaac; sisters Helen, Katherina, Justine (Stella), Nettie and their spouses. Dad’s wife Margaret (Rempel) passed away in Feb. 1989, and his second wife Helen Pauls passed away in Nov. 2012.
Survived by family members; Rosalie (John) Fehr of Martensville, Orville (Tina) Ens of Langham, Donald (Pauline) Ens of Neuanlage, Eldon (Caroline) Ens of Langham and Leona (Brian) Bueckert of Langham; 15 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; his brother John (Shirley) and sister-in-law Alice Rempel from our mom’s side
Thank you to everyone who was in his life. He was always appreciative of the attention he received. Funeral will be held Monday, December 20, 2021, at 2:00 pm at the Langham Bible Church, 47 5th Ave. Langham, SK.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Camp Kadesh to support their ongoing Children’s ministry.
