Raymond Richard Frank Kloschinsky

The passing of Raymond Richard Frank Kloschinsky, of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, occurred at St. Paul’s Hospital, on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at the age of 89 years. 

Raymond was born on a farm near Carmel, Saskatchewan. The youngest of eight, Raymond attended the Carmel School District #4950, until June 19, 1951, completing grade nine. After the death of his father and the immediate breaking up of his home, Raymond boarded a train for Saskatoon. On August 28, 1954, he met Bernice Edith Mary Morris. On Saturday, July 20, 1957, they got married. 

Raymond is survived by his son Darryl, daughter Patricia (Lloyd) Wiens, grand-children Jesse (Erin) and Samantha Wiens, great-grandsons Kayden and Ethan Wiens, all from Saskatoon, and many nephews, nieces, and friends. 

Raymond was predeceased by his wife Bernice, parents Alexander and Ottilia (Zerff) Kloschinsky, his brothers Gabriel, Alphonse, and Leonard, his sisters Josephine Scheiber, Elizabeth Pfliger, Angela Hanke, Lydia Failler, and sisters-in-law Theresa, Catherine, and Doreen Kloschinsky, brothers-in-law Tony Failler, Alphonse Scheiber, Harold Hanke, two daughters Beverly Anne and Brenda Marie Kloschinsky. 

Viewing for Raymond will be held on Friday, February 23, 2024, 6-7:30 pm, at Martens Warman Funeral Home, 402 Central St. West, Warman, SK. 

Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2024, 10:00 am, at St. Joseph’s Home, 33 Valens Road, Saskatoon, SK. Interment to follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
