With heartfelt sadness, we announce the passing of Rose Mary Sylvestre, on March 15, 2023, at the age of 74 years.


Rose is lovingly remembered by her husband Allen Janvier; best friends Flora McKenzie, Darlene Shewchuk, Annette Herman and Pearl Bruneau; brother Jimmy McDonald; sisters Sarazine Toulejour and Bernice Piche; daughters Brenda Sylvestre, Peggy Sylvestre, Tammy Woodward (Lyle) and Tamara Toulejour; sons Allister (Nancy) Herman, Brian Sylvstre, Randy Sylvestre and Johnathan Janvier (Delaina); grandchildren Kyle Sylvestre, Brandy Sylvestre, Lendell Woodward, Dana Sylvestre, Kyla Sylvestre, Lakisha Woodward, Wayden Sylvestre, Darian Sylvestre, Braydon Wolverine, Kassy Sylvestre, Nicolan Wolverine, Levi Woodward, Liam Woodward, Erika Sinclair, Jalexx and Jedd Janvier; great-grandchildren Hunter Woodward, Lyndon Ahenakew, Tanner Boucher, Emerleigh Sylvestre, Emrik Sylvestre and Harlyn Woodward.


She was predeceased by her father Joseph Herman; mother Marie Herman; 1st husband Moise Sylvestre; sister Martha Herman; grandson Aaron Herman.


Wake will begin on Friday, March 17, 2023, at 272 Poplar Avenue, Poplar Point. SK. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., at Our Lady of the Visitation Roman Catholic Church, La Loche, SK.
