It is with great sadness that we announce, Ruth Antoinette Sales went to be with her Lord and Savior at Lac La Biche, Alberta on August 22, 2023 at the age of 93 years.
She was predeceased by her parents John and Martha Rose, her first husband Stuart Mackey in 1952, her second husband Clayton Gillett in 1995, and her third husband Reg Sales in 2015. She was also predeceased by sons Terry, Ellsworth, and stepson Lawrence, her stepdaughters and their husbands Martha and Stuart Breker, and Victor and Helen Petruk, her brother, Jim Rose, and her brother-in-law Ron Engstrom.
Ruth is lovingly survived by Garry (Carol) Mackey & family, Stuart Mackey, Connie (Peter) Slipchuk & family, Charlette McLean & family, Jacquie (Rodney) Travers & family, Josie (Waldie) Schmidtke & family, Chrystal Gillett (Guy) & family; Reg’s family Calvin (Lorrie) Sales and family, Garth (Debbie) Sales and family, and David (France) Sales and family.

Brothers: Wes (Brenda) Rose of Dahlmeade, AB, Cliff Rose of White Fox, SK, Dave Rose of Edmonton, AB, and Wayne (Cecilia) Rose of Phoenix, AZ
Funeral service is at the Evangelical Free Church in Lac La Biche, AB, Saturday, September 2, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., with lunch to follow. The internment will be at the Rosewood Cemetery in Dorintosh, SK., everyone is welcome. Maps are available if needed from the family.
