It is with heartfelt sadness, that we announce the passing of Tena Wall on December 12, 2022, at the age of 85 years.

Tena was born in Orly, SK., on September 8, 1937, to Isaac and Susanna Fehr, the 9th of 13 children. Seven of the thirteen children did not see the age of 2. Tena grew up in Carrot River, SK. She was baptized upon the confession of her faith in Carrot River, SK., in 1954.

When Susanna Fehr, Tena’s mother, remarried to Isaac Wall and moved to Hague, SK., a budding relationship developed between my dad and mom, which led to our parent’s marriage on June 25, 1961. They had 4 boys, which blessed them with 8 grandchildren.

Mom and Dad raised 4 boys and worked the mix farm in Blumenthal, SK., until 1978, when the family moved to Osler, SK., until Dad’s death in 1989. Then she moved to Warman to be close to the thrift store where she worked for many years, and the Bergthaler Church which she attended. Mom worked 8 years at WMSCH and also volunteered with the Ladies Aid for many years.

Mom loved to entertain visitors and invite many to her home to dine with her. Mom shared her faith in Christ Jesus with her children and grandchildren, not wanting any to go lost.

Tena is predeceased by her parents, Isaac and Susanna Fehr, her stepfather Isaac Wall, brothers David, Isaac, Jacob, Abram, Henry, Peter and Martin, sisters Susie, Eva, Anna and Helen.

She is predeceased by her husband Peter Wall, brother-in-laws John and Isaac, sister-in-laws Anne, Margaret, Justina, Mary, Tena and Helen.

Leaving to grieve; her children; Murray (Marie), Marlin (Helena), Warren (Glenda), Kevin (Angel), grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends. Last, but not least, her sister Mary.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2022, 10:00 a.m., at the Bergthaler Mennonite Church, 220 Main Street, Martensville, SK. Interment to follow at Blumenthal Cemetery.

Martens Warman Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the care of Mrs. Wall.
