Walter George Villebrun

It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce, Walter George Villebrun “Watchay”, passed away August 2nd, 2023, at the age of 57 years.

Walter is lovingly survived by his siblings Marlene (Fawn) Edwin, Betty (Keith) Ray & Family, Emelia (Jim), Mervin, Jimmy (Carmen); as well as numerous nieces & nephews

He was predeceased by his parents Charles and Alvin Villebrun; brothers Ben, Dan, Peter, Oscar, Howard, and Elmer; sisters Rose Matilda and Rose Irene; nephews Jody, Jason, Herbie, Cody, and Bobby; great-nephews Kenneth and Charlie; nieces Samantha, Roxanne and Chasity; and great-nieces Daryl and Ashley.

Wake Services will be held August 17 – 18, 2023, at the Flying Dust Gymnasium. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., at the Flying Dust Gymnasium, Flying Dust First Nation, SK. Interment will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery, Meadow Lake, SK.
